We are currently looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, and organized team-player to act as a Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to provide support to Management and 3PL Team by overseeing all warehouse organization, reverse logistics, and order shipment accuracy.
Job Requirements Support warehouse operations and collaborate with Managers and 3PL to ensure order shipment accuracy, FIFO procedures, and warehouse organization Follow all expected SOPs and check they are conducted correctly to provide the best service and an uninterrupted shipping operations Optimize the warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment processes within the High Point warehouse Streamline and improve the warehouse processes; from when goods first enter the warehouse, through the receiving process, returns, and outbound shipments Working with Inventory Control and Management to investigate misplaced, lost materials and get to the root causes.
Always working to continue improvements in shipping accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse organization Answering any questions that the 3PL associates may have about procedures, processes, products, product locations, and shipping standards Maintaining an oversight of all orders to make sure of all the steps are completed which are needed to ensure the highest customer satisfaction possible.
Completes special warehouse projects as assigned Offer suggestions to improve daily warehouse and inventory operations Assists with warehouse operations and administrative activities as instructed by supervisors or managers.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary Qualifications 3
years warehouse shipping and receiving supervisor experience required 3+years inventory coordinator experience required Skills Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of product flow within a strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate detailed problems and resolutions to Management Excellent written and verbal communication skill A good understanding of spreadsheets and warehouse management systems Job Location:
