The Manufacturing Department Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager.
The Department manager will have 6 direct reports and including 3 supervisors and 3 leads.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the department runs smoothly each day and production levels are reached.
Maintain and direct a 6s enviroment ensuring that all staff in your department is adhering to standards of Quality, Safety, TMP and LP9000.
Responsible for all aspects of the business within your department.
