Production Team Member / Sign Installer
Position Overview:

You will be working with an experienced production team and enjoy support from a national network of fellow Specialists.

Your Run-of-the-Mill Basic
Responsibilities:
oProvide exceptional customer service and support to assure production work requirements are clearly defined and that timeframes and cost factors are given appropriate consideration.
Coordinate production schedule to meet customers' expectations and deadlines.
Communicate the status of jobs, any unique circumstances relating to jobs, etc.
to Production Staff and other Marketing staff as needed.
Provide quality control by proof reading and monitoring jobs for errors and/or common sense mistakes to eliminate rework.
Perform production (copying, printing, laminating, folding, drilling etc.
) and delivery of completed job orders.
Provide assistance in basic signage installations Perform tasks and duties relevant to any of various roles or responsibilities assigned by supervisor and determined by management to be appropriate for this position; comply with all policy, procedure, regulation and other communicated requirements as may be in effect for the workgroup or worksite.
oDrive vehicle to and from destinations, adhering to all traffic laws.
oLoad and unload delivery goods.
oMaintain vehicle in good working condition.
oMaintain vehicle in clean and fueled readiness condition.
oInform supervisor of any vehicle problems.
The Important Stuff You Must Have:
oA background in the print/sign industry.
oBe a good communicator - ask questions, admit mistakes and don't point fingers.
oYou must be nice to the people who are our customers and those that you work with even when they don't deserve it.
oLike to work and work while at work.
oBe a multi-tasking maniac.
We do a lot in a short time.
This is no place for the proactively challenged.
oBe willing to jump in and figure things out on your own.
No hand holding here.
oYou must be a life-long learner to work here.
