Office ManagerPart Time Position leading to Full timePosition OverviewWe're looking for an organized, detail-oriented person who can handle lots of duties working in a small company with great people.
You'll start off working part-time as you learn the ropes and the scope of the job with the goal of becoming full time and making the job your own.
Your duties will range from handling the accounting for the company as well as the HR duties.
You won't be bored!ResponsibilitiesoManage all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functionsoPerform month-end closings for the Winston Salem and High Point locationsoProvide accurate financial information to the ownersoPrepare monthly and annual reports oProvide year-end data to the company's CPA oProcess bi-weekly payroll in ADP and the accompanying reportsoPerform HR duties including on-boarding of new employees, employment record-keeping, administering the 401k plan, and whatever else might come up.
