As the Marketing Advertising & Analytics Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and graphic designer to develop captivating and impactful ad campaigns.
Your primary responsibilities will include attending monthly Zoom calls with the marketing team, as well as generating and distributing weekly and monthly reports.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
Monitor and track advertising campaigns, including key metrics and performance indicators, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, budget utilization, and key insights to share with the marketing team and senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and analytics to suggest innovative ideas and strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Creative Director and graphic designer to develop compelling and effective advertising campaigns that align with Greenhouse Fabrics' brand identity and marketing objectives.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide valuable insights to ensure the creation of engaging ad materials.
Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel advertising strategies, including print, digital, and social media platforms.
Attend monthly Zoom calls with the marketing team to discuss campaign progress, goals, and upcoming projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing advertising, preferably within the textiles or home furnishings industry.
Proficiency in utilizing various marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and advertising campaign management platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex data and insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, while also managing individual responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and the ability to provide creative input to enhance ad campaign effectiveness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Experience in the textile, upholstery, or interior design realm is a plus! Job Type:
