Responsibilities Manage home delivery service operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of dry cleaning orders.
Develop and implement delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Hire, supervise, train, and motivate a team of delivery drivers, conducting performance evaluations to ensure high service standards.
Coordinate with the dry cleaning facility to ensure orders are ready for delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
Drive sales growth through strategic programs and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer feedback, and driver performance.
Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to provide exceptional service and prompt resolutions.
Conduct regular inspections of delivery vehicles for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance compliance.
Analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement performance enhancement strategies.
Assist in sales and retention efforts.
Lead monthly team meetings and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience managing delivery operations, preferably in a retail or service-oriented industry.
Minimum 45-hour work week (Monday-Friday) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using delivery management software and tools.
Physical ability to perform tasks including walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Willingness to work in both indoor/outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
Compensation Salary range of $40,000-47,000 per year Monthly bonus of up to 1% of Home Delivery sales (non-capped) Benefits Employer paid Health Insurance 401K Free Dry Cleaning Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Job Type:
