Summary:
Under direct supervision, process all incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates as assigned.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and
Qualifications:
Download PSP orders into NDS system after review and correction of ROE Edit List When necessary, manually enter orders into NDS or PSP system.
Reviews and corrects Order File Status Report.
Transfers order file for routing.
Notify customers or sales reps.
of customer item outs.
Ensures COAs, and Spec Sheets are provided to customers as necessary.
Daily invoicing of credit memos.
Credit and Collections Answers telephone and direct calls to appropriate person.
Research customer, Sales Rep and BAKEMARK affiliate inquiries.
Back up to Will-Call and other positions as directed by Supervisor.
Other duties will be assigned as needed to meet company goals and objectives.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
