AS Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, BS/BA preferred.
Experience and skills:
Minimum 2 years supporting management in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in spreadsheet, presentation & email software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
Exercise independent judgment and initiative is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
Demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external vendors as well the ability to handle highly confidential and proprietary information.
Possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team player.
Determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Willingness and flexibility to take on additional duties and work on new projects when needs arise and work beyond normal working hours as required.
Excellent attention to detail.
Intermediate analytical and problem-solving ability.
Experience planning large events.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of administrative procedures and organization systems.
Previous knowledge of OneMaximo CMMS OR the ability to learn CMMS system.
Previous knowledge of Ariba / Catalyst SAP system OR the ability to learn Purchase Order / Invoice processing and implementation.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
Management Role:

Work performed in an office or GMP environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently stationary for 8 hours per day.
Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
Occasional mobility required.
Occasional crouching, stooping, bending, and twisting of upper body and neck.
Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects with maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
May interact with others, relating and gathering sensitive information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
