Showroom & Office Coordinator Assist with presentations Help to organize meetings Create visual displays Qualifications - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both inbound and outbound calling - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet - Experience with upselling or cross-selling products or services is a plus - Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Background in textiles a PLUS!!
