Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Systems for GXO Logistics Corporate Services, Inc.
, at its facilities in High Point, NC.
Manage the customer process for the information systems component of the company's business.
Complete project and change management initiatives.
Foster and maintain ongoing client relationships.
Write specifications for new development and system enhancements.
Perform integrated quality assurance testing and configuration of systems.
Provide level 2 technical support for the organization's warehouse management applications, including WMS, Order Manager, Exceed/SCE, ConnectShip, Trax, TMS, Loftware, and Crystal Reports, the associated databases, including Oracle and SQL Server.
Perform systems administration, technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
Produce ad hoc queries and SQL statements to resolve production incidents and develop reports using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, Toad, scripting languages and other tools on Unix and Windows platforms to support business needs.
Develop scripts to automate repeatable manual tasks.
Assist in the management of a team comprised of onshore, offshore and contractor support analysts to triage support tickets and escalation to ensure customer SLA targets are being met.
Preparation of team metrics and management reporting using Power BI.
Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to resolve system issues during non-business hours, including weekends, by providing off-hours support.
Work collaboratively with end users, software developers, network analyst, database administrators, systems administrators and other departments as required to derive the technical solutions needed to address production incidents and restore service.
Maintain repository for documentation, scripts, site data, group contacts and other support information.
This position is open to telecommuting from anywhere in the United States.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Development, other information technology related field.
Experience must include five (5) years post bachelor's experience in the following:
Implementation and support experience with web-based applications and ERP Experience with business applications, including LPS 2000, ConnectShip, ChainLink, QAD Precision (TRAX), i2s Transportation Suite and Logility Voyager Experience with formal project management practices Experience in at least one of the following business disciplines:
supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution.
Experience in at least one of the following technical areas, Oracle databases, SQL Server databases, SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, UNIX operating system, Windows operating system, MS Power BI.
Crystal Reports and Loftware.
Experience working in an applications production support/application development environment Experience with warehouse management systems.
as well as an in-depth understanding of the functionality for these systems to troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure issues.
Experience providing customer support and de-escalating customer issues.
Experience using ITIL compliant incident, problem, change and service management processes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a senior or lead systems analyst role.
