We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities Interact with customers to provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email Answer questions about our products and services, providing guidance on the best solutions to meet customers' needs Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a customer service or related role preferred Job Details No experience needed Flexible Scheduling Monday to Friday (some Saturdays) No Sundays We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
