Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries Organize and maintain files, records, and documents Assist in data entry, record keeping, and report generation Correspond with clients, caregivers, and external partners Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars Manage email communication and handle correspondence Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies Perform general office duties and assist with special projects
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) Previous office administration or related experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Choose Creative Home Care Solutions?
