Summary:
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company.
Assists with orders, account questions, billing and other inquiries related to customer accounts/orders.
General purpose:
To work in conjunction with all departments to coordinate information to provide the very best of service to all customers.
Role
Qualifications:
Must partner with the sales team and manufacturing units to provide customers with excellent service.
Must address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Receive customer orders by phone/email/mail/fax or customer portalsWork with customers directly to provide quotes, lead time and order status inquiriesEnter orders into computer system, AS400; process changes and cancellationsWork with Sales to coordinate information for customersApply goods to orders; complete shipping instructions to warehouseMonitor backorders and keep customers updated on statusEnter approved price quotes from salesWork with Customer Service Manager to collaborate on issues and resolutionPerform other related duties as assigned.
Work with customers that have unique operational requests, etc.
Portals; EDI specifics, special ticket requirements etc.
to ensure smooth transitions and assure Culp is in full compliance.

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skillsCapable of learning product knowledge quicklyFocus on quality and exceptional documentation skillsProficient skills to analyze information and relay to customersAbility to multi-task and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of AS400 and PC skills in Microsoft Word/Excel.
Good listening and feedback skills along with problem solving abilityAbility to work well with others in a professional team environment and independently Physical demands and work environment:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
