Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage one 100-unit property, and 2-3 property managers and their respective teams - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives for each property - Monitor and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement - Provide leadership and guidance to property managers, fostering a positive work environment - Manage key tenant relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Experience:
