Seeking a self motivated Instrument & Controls Engineer Specialist to serve as a key problem solver for chemical processing plants control systems, and manage instrument and controls segment of improvement, renovation and new capital equipment projects.
Areas of Responsibility:
Analysis, detailed design and documentation, capital request preparation, installation, and commissioning of instrument and control segments of projects.
Technical expert support to manufacturing, maintenance and in support of capital projects, process evaluation, and equipment modification.
Monitor plant systems, analyze performance, and initiate action for improvement and optimization.
Maintain and program PLC programs, install components, and administer controls network
Train staff on operation, setup and maintenance
