Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Position would involve taking inbound calls regarding loans, updating account information, and entering customer data into system. You will be managing high-volume calls while adhering to guidelines in regards to quality and time.
Requirements:
-Multitasking skills
-Extensive background in a call center environment
-Customer-oriented attitude
-Strong written and oral communication skills
The pay rate is $12.00 - $13.00 an hour.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
