We are a Third Party Administrator in High Point, NC looking for self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude to help support our growing business. Responsibilities will include the following: Download and identify contribution files from payroll vendorAccurately input payroll contribution files into the recordkeeping systemAssist with the direction and daily operation of the teamPerform quality review of contribution processesCoordinate review and submission of participant enrollment forms to vendor for set-upReview, submit and confirm checks and debits for contribution files Professional Qualities: Ability to understand procedures and processesAbility to identify and resolve discrepancies in data Skills and Experience: Ability to communicate effectivelyProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookMust have the ability to process detailed work and meet deadlines timelyKnowledge of the Relius system would be a plus Apply to this position by sending a resume via email to: No phone calls or recruiters please.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
