2nd shift weeknights, 1st shift Sunday-25 Hours/Week

Overview:
The Part-Time maintenance person will perform a wide variety of duties related to the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment and fixtures. Respond to general verbal or written requests to perform duties within and outside the building with little or no supervision. This job is primarily 1st shift with occasional weekend work. This position is based at our distribution center located at 4110 Premier Drive Suite 102, High Point, NC.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors and gears.
o Troubleshoot malfunctions to hydraulic and electric machinery, such as conveyors, forklifts and other types of mechanical equipment.
o Perform a variety of tasks involving dexterity, mobility, use of hands and tools.
o Perform other related duties as requested by Manager.
POSITION
Qualifications:
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
o Ability to demonstrate Company values of Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork o Be able to lift 70 lbs consistently.
o Frequent bending/reaching/stooping: constant walking/standing/climbing.
o Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
o Must have a valid driver's license.
o Must have previous maintenance related experience
o Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
o Welding experience is considered a plus.
o Ability to pass the required drug test (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
