Call Center Customer Service Representative
Vann York Auto Mall is seeking talented and driven Representatives to handle in/outbound calls and appointment setting for the sales department. If you have a professional phone voice and are driven to earn bonuses--in addition to your base pay, please respond with your resume. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not a requirement. Immediate training and ongoing support provided.
Responsibilities:
Appointment setting for the sales department
20% Inbound calls -appointment setting
80% Outbound calls-follow up with provided leads-appointment setting
Email/Chat messages
Consistent use of scripts
Log customer information
Skills/Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication
Commitment to delivering 5 Star customer service
Confident personality--
No outbound call reluctance
Computer and Internet Proficiency
Ability to manage time effectively
Polished and professional appearance
Full-time and --must be able to work rotating shifts and alternating Saturday's
Compensation: Hourly wage plus GENEROUS bonus structure
