Inbound Call Center Represenative
Inbound call center rep needed. Must have the following
Qualifications:
Ability to sit for long hours answering incoming calls
Fast & accurate keyboard skills
Ability to work at a fast pace answering established customers calls - approximately 135 calls per day
Outgoing personality with outstanding customer service skills
Prior call center experience a plus
Spanish a plus
Interior Design Degree or sales experience a plus
Hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday - no overtime.
Must have excellent work experience & attendance record
Rate of pay $14.00 to $17:00 per hour based on experience
